The position of notes is similar to the above mentioned chord except for the raised 5th note. That is, moving the 5th note by one fret higher. This is also called dominant 7th with augmented 5th. Hence, It is written with +5 or aug after the dominant 7th key like A7+5, D7aug, G7+5 and etc.
